Cultural Memorandum of Cooperation between the Centre for Creative Photography of Thrace and the Edirne Photographic Association

On Saturday 20 January 2024 the opening of the photography exhibition entitled "The Eye of the Road" by the members of the Edirne Photographic Association took place at the Historical Museum of Alexandroupolis.

The Centre for Creative Photography of Thrace hosted the Photographic Association of Edirne in Alexandroupolis. Within the framework of the cultural cooperation between the two photographic associations, the Thracian Centre for Creative Photography hosted the exhibition of the Photographic Association of Andrianople entitled "The Eye of the Road".

The duration of the photographic exhibition is from the 20th to the 26th of January 2024 and the opening hours are from 10:30 to 14:30 (except Sunday and Monday).

During the opening ceremony, a cultural cooperation memorandum was signed between the Creative Photography Centre of Thrace and the Photography Association of Edirne.

The associations intend to work together to promote photography through joint exhibitions, educational programmes and other related activities.

The aim of the cooperation is to develop bilateral artistic-cultural activities. The promotion, cultivation and development of the arts, especially the art of photography.

The event was attended by the Consul of Greece in Adrianople, Mr Aris Radiopoulos, the Deputy Mayor for Tourism and Culture of the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, Mr Kyriakos Aetopoulos, as well as a large number of people.
